I have worked in various business roles across several industries for over 25 years, beginning in marketing and gradually expanding into broader business management. Since 2008, I have been responsible for the overall operations at Stanchieri Family Law.
Today, I continue to oversee the business side of the firm—finance, marketing, human resources, technology, and internal processes—ensuring these areas work effectively together, as even small misalignments can affect the organization as a whole. My role is to maintain structure and balance, ensuring that short-term demands do not compromise the firm’s long-term stability or reputation.
I place significant emphasis on the satisfaction of both our clients and our team. When lawyers and support staff work effectively within a clear and organized structure, the firm operates at a higher level. Strong systems allow our lawyers to devote their time and attention to the work they do best: practising law. In turn, clients benefit from timely communication, quality work, and fair billing practices—standards that have defined how we operate since the firm was founded nearly 20 years ago.
