As Client Service Manager at Stanchieri Family Law, I am often the first person a client speaks with when reaching out to our firm. I have worked in administrative and client-facing roles for over thirteen years, and since joining the firm in 2019, my focus has been entirely on supporting clients from their first call through to the conclusion of their matter. That continuity is important to me. The expectations set at intake should be met—and ideally exceeded—by the time a client’s experience with us comes to an end.
Listening carefully is at the heart of what I do. When someone contacts our office, they are often navigating uncertainty, urgency, or frustration. My role is to truly hear what they are saying, ask thoughtful questions, and ensure they feel understood before anything else. Even in challenging or emotionally charged conversations, I remain calm and professional, guiding the discussion in a way that reflects both compassion and clarity.
From the initial conversation onward, I stay closely involved to help ensure communication is timely and consistent. Clients should never feel lost or unsure about what comes next. I take pride in being approachable and responsive, and in creating an experience that reflects the care and professionalism our firm is known for. Supporting individuals and families through difficult transitions is a responsibility I do not take lightly.
